Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive accountability for ensuring operational coverage including, but not limited to,
effectively minimizing missed coverage and overtime for the assigned territory.
a. Complete ownership of the Missed Coverage Metric for their territory.
b. Complete ownership of Overtime Metrics for their territory; and
c. Ensures that Site Team Leaders are hitting assigned metrics for contract coverage and
profitability.

2. Direct oversight of Account Site Leaders and Field Support Team members including the
Flex Officers and any Administrative positions assigned within the territory.
a. Establishes proactive and collaborative relationships with site management/ leaders to
strengthen employee retention.
b. Focuses on employee engagement initiatives.
c. Identifies career development/advancement opportunities for current site staff and
leadership, with a strong emphasis on coaching and mentoring where and when
appropriate.
d. Develops and conducts Post Inspections within the assigned territory.
e. Develops and maintains all post documentation.
f. Develops and manages the Flex Officer program, including a deployment plan that will
encompass those individuals who will assist and respond to openings; and
g. Develops and oversees all training and certification programs for all specified individuals
within the territory.

3. Direct oversight of the scheduling for all accounts within the territory.
a. Supports Site leaders and Scheduling team on where to assign personnel based upon
established guidelines to meet the Overtime (OT) and Missed Coverage (MC) metrics of the
territory.
b. Responds to calls or requests from the Regional Team on open shifts or gaps to provide
direction on deployment of Flex Officers or the Field Operations Team.

  • 4. Partners with Human Resources as needed for investigations, site accidents, workplace
  • injuries, recruiting, hiring, licensing, uniforms, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • 5. Assists with new customer setup.
  • 6. Ensures all documentation for each account within the assigned territory is complete and
  • regularly reviewed/updated.
  • 7. Manages all fixed assets, systems, and fleets.
  • 8. Provides operational planning, direction, authorization, and improvements to organizational
  • processes within sites, their subsequent scheduling, and Field Operations Teams to
  • consistently improve quality of service, customer/employee satisfaction and operational
  • efficiency.
  • 9. Perform other related duties as assigned or identified.
