Job Description

• Hospitality Associate
• Atlanta, GA 30363 (onsite)
• 4 Months (Temp to Perm)
• Mon-Fri, 10am - 7pm

Qualifications

This is a hospitality driven role that takes place in a legal environment. This role will consist of booking events/meetings, performing face-to-face interaction with clients/guests/vendors, managing inventory reports/volume reports/quarter tracking, managing email traffic, and physically setting up rooms for meetings and events. Setting up the rooms for meetings and events will include physical labor to move furniture and arrange heavy linens. **Please make sure the candidates are aware that this schedule requires some flexibility for after hours or early morning events.
