Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud-based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI.

What Is The Role:

Elastic is looking for a strategic Analyst Relations (AR) Specialist to elevate Elastic’s visibility and influence in the market through high-impact analyst engagements. You’ll partner with product marketing, product management, and executive leadership to drive AR strategy across our key solution areas — including Observability and Security. You’ll drive relationships with industry analysts, support major evaluation cycles (like MQs, Waves, and MarketScapes), and help craft how Elastic is perceived in an evolving market.

This is a highly visible and cross-functional role reporting to the Director of Analyst Relations. We’re looking for someone with confirmed experience in B2B technology (preferably observability or security), who prospers in a fast-paced, distributed environment and is passionate about crafting market narratives.

This role is eligible for candidates in the United States and Canada.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Schedule, prep, and run analyst briefings/inquiries; build agendas, draft talk tracks, bring together notes, and drive follow-ups within 24–48 hrs.
  • Support submissions for Gartner MQ/Critical Capabilities, Forrester Wave/Landscapes, IDC MarketScape (RFI/RFPs, evidence collection, customer references, demo coordination).
  • Draft briefs, executive talking points, objection-handling, FAQs, and follow-up summaries aligned to product and GTM narratives.
  • Maintain coverage maps, contact plans, and touchpoint calendars; coordinate tier-2/independent analyst engagement and councils.
  • Monitor research and Gartner Peer Insights trends; synthesize takeaways for Product, PMM, Sales, and Execs.
  • Track briefing volume/quality, sentiment, mentions, and evaluation achievements; produce concise monthly/quarterly readouts.
  • Coordinate reprints/quotes and approvals; partner with Legal/Brand on usage guidelines.
  • Support onsite analyst programs around key conferences (e.g., RSA, re:Invent, KubeCon, Ignite).

What You Bring:

  • 2–4+ years in Analyst Relations or adjacent B2B roles (PMM, PR/Comms, Competitive/Market Intel).
  • Hands-on experience with MQ/Wave/MarketScape submissions.
  • Background in Observability/AIOps and/or Security/SIEM markets.
  • Strong written communication (clear, concise, executive-ready) and editorial rigor.
  • Proven project management across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Gartner, Forrester, IDC processes and terminology.
  • Comfort translating technical topics (observability, security analytics, search/GenAI) into business value.
