- Provide onsite support during events—helping with setup, briefing speakers, running the registration desk, and assisting the events team with day-of execution.
- Adapt quickly during live events, problem-solving in real time and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
- Contribute to post-event reporting, collecting attendee feedback, processing list uploads, tracking ROI metrics, and preparing wrap-up materials.

- Team-oriented and proactive; eager to support senior colleagues and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Flexible and resourceful, able to problem-solve and adapt quickly under pressure.
- Proficient with Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, Salesforce, Marketo, Wrike is a plus.
- Comfortable raising POs, tracking spend, or reconciling invoices (budget exposure a plus).
- Willing to travel occasionally across Europe for onsite event support.
