About Kojo
It's time to build. Whether it's creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. We’re making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.
Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we can’t live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, there’s been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own Kojo’s Accounts Payable (AP) product and accounting integrations. This is a strategic, high-impact role: you’ll shape the AP experience for thousands of buyers and suppliers, automate workflows, and ensure seamless integrations with ERPs and accounting systems.
This Product Manager will work collaboratively across Kojo’s product, engineering, and GTM teams to define the quarterly deliverables for each of these areas in accordance with Kojo’s overall business goals, while creating the mechanisms for guaranteeing that a quality product is delivered.
This Role Will Include:
- Own the AP integrations roadmap, delivering seamless connections with ERP/accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Define and track AP-specific metrics: invoice cycle times, payment accuracy, vendor adoption, and workflow efficiency
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, CS, and Sales to ensure a frictionless, high-quality AP experience for buyers and suppliers
- Translate complex AP workflows into clear user stories and product requirements
- Drive cross-functional alignment to prioritize initiatives that maximize value for customers and the business
- Act as the voice of AP users, conducting research and validating assumptions to ensure we’re solving the right problems
About You
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally with ERP/accounting/finance systems
- 2+ years of hands-on AP or finance operations experience, understanding invoice processing, approvals, vendor management, and reconciliation workflows
- Strong technical fluency: APIs, integrations, workflow automation, data analysis (SQL or BI tools)
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring impact.
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Customer-obsessed, curious, and able to translate complex workflows into elegant, automated solutions
- Preferred: Exposure to AI/ML in AP automation, global AP/finance regulations, or large-scale SaaS workflow products
What You Care About:
- Innovation: You seek to understand the truth behind problems and find solutions to them
