Job Description

Software Application Configuration Specialist with background in industries such as Medical Devices & Pharma.  

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to practice goals and continuous improvement initiatives technology. 
• Engage in business process and/ or technology decision maker discussion related to integration, business value, and business process. 
• Knowledge of programming / scripting. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software configuration, implementation, or technical support, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with medical device software standards and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, IEC).
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
