About The Role
As a Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative II, you’ll manage a diverse desk of commercial liability claims across multiple clients and jurisdictions.
You’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and litigation.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims in accordance with CCMSI guidelines
- Handle claims involving Commercial Auto, General Liability, Municipalities, and Garage Keepers
- Review and negotiate medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys
- Select and supervise defense attorneys
- Monitor subrogation opportunities and excess insurer reporting
- Ensure compliance with service commitments and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of claims handling experience
- Strong knowledge of bodily injury, property damage, and litigation processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a national team
- Adjuster’s license required in designated home state
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with commercial claims and TPA environments
- Familiarity with municipalities and litigation processes
- Public speaking or client-facing presentation experience
- Prior TPA Experience is helpful

- Quality of claim handling through observation and reporting
- Timeliness and accuracy of documentation
- Responsiveness to client needs
- Complaint resolution and service satisfaction
Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
