Blockchain Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will drive the development of AI products for our clients and participate in the development of a top-notch AI. Functional Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy real-time personalization and recommender systems for social feeds.
• Develop production-ready solutions in Go (Golang), fully integrated into backend services and team workflows.
• Address challenges such as cold start, ranking, follower/followee recommendations, and spam detection.
• Work with both on-chain and off-chain data sources, ensuring validation, authenticity, and reliability.
• Optimize content delivery to maximize engagement while filtering low-quality or fraudulent accounts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining accountability and high-performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience building and deploying personalization or recommender systems in production environments.
• Strong system design skills and critical thinking, with hands-on experience in real-time streaming and ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in backend engineering with Go (Golang), and experience integrating ML models into production services.
• Hands-on expertise with ML frameworks and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Experience handling decentralized or unreliable data sources, addressing validation and consistency challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
