About The Team
The GTM Strategy & Growth team drives the expansion of our B2B business across both sales-managed and self-serve channels. We partner closely with Sales, Success, Product, Data Science, Finance, and Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, scale adoption in existing markets, and unlock new monetization opportunities. Our work spans from high-level commercial strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring that our products are successfully brought to market and deliver lasting value to customers.
About The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional strategist to join our GTM Strategy & Growth team, focused on shaping and executing B2B go-to-market and commercialization plans for new products. This role is ideal for someone who can both craft high-level strategies and translate them into execution, bringing new products to life through tailored launch plans, commercial strategies, and bespoke pilots that accelerate adoption and revenue.
You’ll lead initiatives spanning market research, customer segmentation, positioning, and commercialization strategy, holding a clear point of view on what drives our B2B business holistically. Your work will require close partnership with Product, BizOps, Sales, Customer Success, Data Science, and Finance to design customer-informed strategies that maximize the impact of each new product launch.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In This Role, You Will:
- Design and execute commercialization strategies for new products, verticals, and market expansions.
- Conduct market and competitive research to define target segments, identify whitespace opportunities, and shape differentiated value propositions.
- Shape product launch strategy by informing feature prioritization, sequencing, and readiness requirements in collaboration with Product.
- Define and track success metrics for product launches and GTM initiatives, running experiments to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Success to design and operationalize early customer pilots and deployment strategies.
- Craft commercial playbooks for new products to enable adoption across different customer profiles and verticals.
- Evaluate the financial impact of new GTM strategies and launch plans.
- Act as a commercialization partner to Product and Sales, ensuring launches are both strategically sound and executable in market.
You might thrive in this role if you:
- Have 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product commercialization, business operations, or product strategy, ideally within tech, finance, or consulting.
- Bring in-house operating experience with a deep understanding of B2B go-to-market motions and commercial models.
- Have a proven ability to take ambiguous new product concepts and build clear commercialization strategies from concept through execution.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM initiatives across Sales, Product, & Operations in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Have direct experience in new product introductions or other 0 to 1 programs.
- Are comfortable with the ambiguity of early-stage or scaling organizations, particularly for complex or technical products.
- Are highly organized and adaptable, able to prioritize across a dynamic portfolio of commercialization projects while adjusting quickly as business needs evolve.
