By partnering across the entire organization, we bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to everything we do—fueling bold ideas and impactful brand moments.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

About The Role

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager with a focus on Finance Operations to strengthen the financial backbone of our marketing organization. In this role, you will lead budget planning, forecasting, execution, and reporting processes that provide leadership with the insights needed to make timely and informed decisions. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, finance, analytics, and operations, you’ll bring both strategic vision and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is analytical, systems-oriented, and thrives in scaling processes within dynamic, high-growth environments.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead annual and quarterly budget planning, ongoing forecasts, and scenario modeling to guide leadership decisions.
  • Manage marketing spend execution, ensuring alignment with budget priorities, compliance, and campaign timelines.
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track ROI, efficiency, and pipeline impact while surfacing risks and recommendations.
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems, streamline operational rhythms, and drive process improvements and automation.
  • Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing Ops to align assumptions, reconcile forecasts, and embed financial discipline.

You'Ll Thrive In This Role If You:

  • Process 8+ years in marketing operations, finance, FP&A, business operations, or strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency with ERP, planning, and analytics tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Tableau, Alteryx).
  • Skilled at building dashboards, analyzing data, and presenting insights clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a track record of creating scalable systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort influencing across teams.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguity while balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Experience in high-growth tech or consumer marketing organizations.
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, attribution, and funnel KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning tools and workflow automation.
  • Prior exposure to marketing, creative, or agency teams.
