Aletiq is building a first of its kind technical data platform for industrial manufacturing. Manufacturers still operate in a way in which data is fragmented, operational teams are siloed and errors are a source of recurrent quality problems. With manufactured products becoming increasingly complex, the existing model and tools to support it are not sustainable, and engineers need a new way to design and industrialise.

Our data platform creates a single source of truth to solve these challenges and drive transformation and collaboration in the industrial manufacturing sector. Aletiq touches every role in the industrial creation chain, enabling collaboration from concept to production and helping companies to become more innovative, efficient and cost effective. Our platform is already deployed in over 50 different factories across 10 countries and is currently used by thousands of people.

Senior Software Engineer - Cloud & Infrastructure (Itar Compliance)

We are expanding into the U.S. market to support clients in industries subject to high compliance requirements (including aerospace and defense). Our platform helps industrial companies manage their product lifecycle with strong focus on security, scalability, and collaboration.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with proven experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure to join our Tech team in France (ideally Paris).

In this role, you will contribute to our core product development while also supporting infrastructure and deployment workflows as we scale internationally.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining software features for our product.
• Contributing to our cloud infrastructure (CI/CD, monitoring, scalability, security).
• Supporting deployment processes for customers in highly regulated industries.
• Collaborating closely with the product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Working with customers across Europe and the U.S. to meet compliance and security requirements.

Our Technical Stack:

• Frontend: Typescript, React, Tanstack Query, Tailwind, RadixUI, Storybook
• Backend: Haskell, PostgreSQL, nginx
• DevOps: OpenStack, OVH, Nix

What We’Re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Engineering practice (CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring, cloud infrastructure).
• Strong coding skills (ideally fullstack: backend + frontend exposure).
• Experience with modern DevOps toolchains (Terraform, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ability to work in an international environment with compliance-sensitive projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Strong coding skills (ideally fullstack: backend + frontend exposure).

Bonus Points

• Prior experience in industries with export control, security clearance, or compliance requirements (defense, aerospace, government contracts, etc.).
