What You'Ll Be Doing

• Month-end close activities related to inter-company transactions and balances of the group, including but not limited to vouchering and scheduling
• Reconciliation of inter-company transactions and balances
• Manage inter-company agreements, billing and settlement
• Monitor inter-company transfer pricing compliance
• Support of audit and tax filings related to inter-company transactions
• Maintenance of inter-company transaction policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant GAAP/IFRS
• System and process enhancement 
• Collaborate and liaise with stakeholders for all inter-company matters
• Handle other ad hoc assignments when required

What We Look For In You

• CPA with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or any relevant area
• At least 2 years of working experience gained in Big 4 audit firm
• Experience in working for a sizable MNC, ideally in a blockchain organization with operations across different countries
• Experience in group consolidation is an advantage
• Hands on and perform tasks with diligent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications
• Knowledge of Finance Systems – preferably Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP system is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with senior business executives as well as immediate team members
• Ability to work well under pressure on multiple tasks & deadliness
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
