Position Overview
Stronghold Investment Management, a growing investment management firm focused on real assets, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its team in Bangalore, India (on-site, 5 days per week). This role will support all aspects of investor relations and fundraising, including investor communications, reporting, and materials preparation. The Associate will play a critical role in ensuring best-in-class delivery to current and prospective investors and will gain exposure to all stages of the fundraising and investor engagement cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Communication & Support
- Assist in responding to LP requests and due diligence questionnaires with accurate, timely information.
- Prepare investor updates, quarterly reports, and bespoke presentations leveraging fund performance data.
- Maintain the CRM and track all investor interactions and placement agent relationships.

- Fundraising & Marketing Materials
- Support fundraising initiatives by drafting and refining pitch books, PPMs, and roadshow presentations.
- Prepare analyses for co-investment opportunities and assist in managing investor participation processes.
- Contribute to the development of materials for the annual LP meeting and other investor events.

- Data & Reporting
- Work with investment, finance, and operations teams to translate portfolio activity, valuations, and performance data into clear investor-facing materials.
- Assist in coordinating investor reporting and compliance deliverables with the broader IR and finance teams.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all marketing and reporting outputs.

- Partner closely with senior IR team members in the US on investor deliverables and fundraising projects.
- Provide high-quality draft analyses, presentations, and memorandums for review.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (CFA, CA, MBA) are a plus.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fundraising, client coverage, or private funds. Experience with multi-strategy platforms (e.g., Apollo, Blackstone, KKR, Brookfield) strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/database skills are a plus.
- Ability to work across time zones and manage deliverables with global stakeholders.
- Highly motivated self-starter with professional integrity and a team-oriented mindset.
