Our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring solution is trusted by the world’s leading airports and train stations across four continents, including the most renowned hubs celebrated for their operational excellence and exceptional passenger experience. We also deploy our solutions in other markets such as Tourism, Retail and Sports.
Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by several Tier 1 customers, including BMW.
Position Overview
As a Product Innovation Intern, you will support the Product and Engineering teams by exploring how external data sources and emerging technologies can be integrated into our solutions. Your role will cover the full scope of exploration: from assessing the market and partners, to evaluating feasibility, and finally to designing and implementing proof-of-concept prototypes. By working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders, you will help the company validate opportunities and identify promising paths for future product development.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assessing opportunities and feasibilityResearch potential technological partners, external data providers, and market solutions.Evaluate feasibility from both a technical perspective (compatibility, scalability, complexity) and a business perspective (licensing models, costs, sustainability).Benchmark different options and identify trade-offs between them.Deliver clear recommendations on which opportunities are most promising to pursue.
Designing and building proof-of-concept integrationsDesign and implement POCs that demonstrate how new technologies or external data sources could enhance our solutions.Experiment with different approaches to test technical feasibility, integration complexity, and potential value.Ensure that POCs are well-documented, reproducible, and provide actionable insights.Present outcomes and propose next steps for potential product integration.
Requirements for the role
Strong analytical mindset with an interest in both strategic analysis and hands-on prototyping.Development skills (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar) and the ability to build working prototypes.Curiosity about systems integration and how external data or innovative technologies can create value.Strong problem-solving skills with a mix of business awareness and technical exploration.Ability to communicate results clearly and translate them into actionable recommendations.
