Our team partners with Toyota and other key clients to modernize operations, enable citizen developers, and create scalable solutions that integrate across the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem. The Role

We are seeking a Power Platform Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. Based onsite in Lexington, KY (3 days per week), this hybrid role combines hands-on solution engineering with architectural leadership. You will build and extend Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, create actionable insights through Power BI, and model secure, integrated data services in Dataverse. The role also requires experience developing custom connectors and integrating enterprise systems with Azure or AWS. You will partner with business stakeholders, including non-technical “citizen developers,” to train, mentor, and guide solution delivery. Success requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive consensus, and technical leadership across the full SDLC. Expect ~25% US travel to client sites.

What You’Ll Bring

• 6–10 years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise app development, or system integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint).
• Strong experience developing and deploying custom connectors and system integrations (Azure or AWS).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting citizen developers and non-technical users.
• Proven ability to lead technical solution design, mentor teams, and build consensus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
• Preferred certifications: PL-600, AZ-305, PL-400, AZ-204, MS-600.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
