Annual Pay Range (depending on experience): $150,000 to $170,000
Travel Required: 80%

Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation LeadershipLead organizational efforts in Home Health and Hospice to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards; serve as subject matter expert on regulatory intent, deficiencies, and Plans of Correction (PoC).Oversee policy development and review to align with licensing and accreditation requirements; maintain congruence between policies, procedures, and evolving regulations.Manage improvement programs and survey preparedness, including mock surveys, system reviews, and corrective action plans to ensure sustained compliance.
Education, Training & Best PracticesIdentify educational needs based on survey findings and develop evidence-based training programs; implement ongoing staff education on compliance, accreditation, and regulatory updates.Facilitate communication of new standards and regulations; promote best practices for survey audits and performance improvement.
Data-Driven Performance & Strategic AdvisementAnalyze data from key sources to identify strengths, improvement areas, and performance goals; advise leadership on compliance risks and operational decisions requiring legal input.Support contract and licensing review, execution, renewal, and monitoring, including oversight of Service Level Agreements and organizational standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Liaison RolesAct as liaison between surveyors and internal departments (legal, compliance, operations); foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen governance and reduce duplication.Serve as CHAP liaison, managing communications related to applications, standards interpretation, survey logistics, and organizational updates.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master’s degree with a clinical focus.Five (5) years of healthcare regulatory management experience.Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience, preferred.Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of State, CHAP, and Federal regulations in Home Health and Hospice.
