Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update user manuals, guides, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to gather accurate information.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with internal standards.
• Maintain online knowledge bases and internal documentation platforms.
• Track document versions and manage changes throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements:

• University degree in IT, engineering, communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical writing or documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, Jira).
• Familiarity with documentation standards (Markdown, XML, DITA).
• Ability to understand IT systems, processes, and business requirements.

Nice To Have:

• Experience in the financial or banking sector.
• Knowledge of agile project environments.
