Technology Group

Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.
This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
What will you do as a Project Management Officer?
Program and Project Coordination
- Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tacked and met
- Documentation Management - Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items
- Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information is communicated
- Assist in tracking project risks and issues, ensuring they are documented and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders
- Assist in tracking resource and availability for projects, helping to ensure that the right resources are in place to meet project needs this include vendor resources.
Steering Committee Meeting Support
- Scheduling & Coordination – Proactively coordinate with Steering Committee members to secure their availability for meetings. This involves sending out calendar invites well in advance and confirming attendance.
- Pre-meeting Organization - Organize any necessary pre-Steering Committee meetings with the working group to discuss agenda items, gather input, and ensure that all relevant topics are covered.
- Logistics Management – Arrange room bookings and set up Zoom, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are in place
- Meeting Facilitation & Documentation – Track discussions, scribe meeting minutes, and capture key decisions and action items
- Post-Meeting Follow-ups – Accurately record meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions made, and action items assigned to specific individuals.
- Circulate draft minutes for internal review, finalize for distribution to management, and track action items for follow-up
Procurement Support
- Procurement Planning & Coordination – Support the Program Manager in procurement needs
- Manage Due Diligence – Assist in obtaining NDAs, raising of due diligence forms for vendor screening, etc.
- RFP Management – Assist in the preparation, issuance, and tracking of RFPs while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
- Vendor Engagement – Act as the primary contact for vendor communications, meeting arrangements, and managed the flow of queries and clarifications
- Procurement Tracking & Reporting – Maintain a central record of procurement activities, tracking vendor selection and correspondences
What makes you a successful candidate?
- 3+ years of work experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or a similar role, demonstrating effective project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing issues as they arise, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for creating reports and presentations.
- Experience in managing virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, ensuring effective collaboration in remote environments.
