Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and highly skilled Fullstack Engineer who can become fully productive within 1.5 months of onboarding. This role involves ownership of both frontend and backend components to deliver scalable, robust, and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Design, build, and optimize both frontend and backend components of scalable software applications.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring high performance and accessibility.
• Participate in architectural design, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting across the full stack.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, including research, testing, deployment, and on-call support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets high standards for readability and reliability.
• Build analytics features with high-quality design and code for both client-side and server-side logic.
• Maintain high-quality assurance through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Investigate and resolve issues identified during verification and integration phases.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in fullstack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, RDS, Redis).
• Familiarity with AWS services for cloud-based deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills across the stack.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to quality assurance, including automated testing at multiple levels.
• Hands-on experience in Node.js backend and React frontend development.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in production.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, and Fargate.
• Agile software development experience.
• Bonus: Kubernetes experience, 3rd party API integrations, and UI/UX familiarity (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
