This is the pinnacle retail role, where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them. Our store trades 7 days a week so you must be available to work weekends & late nights on a rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise exceptional customer service and lead by example and train staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support the Store Manager in overseeing inventory, including stock levels, restocking and visual merchandising. 
• Collaborate in facilitating training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for store staff.
• Work with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Skills And Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a fashion retail management or leadership role
• Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service, we don't just sell, we create long-lasting experiences!
• Ability to meet & drive Sales & KPI's
• Operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
• A natural ability to influence, coach and develop the team at an individual level
• An adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
