We are excited to be opening a new clinic in January 2026 and are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team! Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. No late clinic, no weekends and no after-hours charting! Essential Job Functions:Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients.Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs.Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalitiesImplements interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiological stability, including but not limited to serving in the first assisting role.Assists with the provision of surgical care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.Monitors the effectiveness of interventions.Facilitates the patient's transition within and between health care settingsCollaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referralsFacilitates staff, patient, and family decision making by providing educational tools.
Education:Masters degree from an accredited nurse practitioner programCurrent Nurse Practitioner Certification in specialty area of focus
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) LicensureCurrent Nurse Practitioner Certification in specialty areaCurrent provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), PALS providers card as required by department and facility.
