About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Data & Visualization Analyst with a structured mindset who is passionate about data analysis and consistently drives tasks to completion.
As a key member of the W&A team, you will:

• Design new analysis processes, defining metrics, dashboard structure, and visualizations, to allow teams to extract actionable business insights
• Support the complete development lifecycle of these tools, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Become one of the key intermediaries between Data and Business teams, being able to communicate both in technical and business languages
• Monitor and interpret the latest developments in our data infrastructure, understand the impact, and translate it's implications to business teams
• Conduct detailed audits to guarantee data accuracy, precision, and integrity
• Help align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools, dashboards, and procedures
• Engage with departments worldwide, spanning 40+ countries and diverse nationalities, to support key processes from day one

About you

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
• 1 - 3 years experience in an data analytics/strategy role
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker with a deep willingness to learn, own developments, and push boundaries of current solutions
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decision-making
• Working experience with SQL preferred, familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus
• Proficiency with Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio or similar data visualization tools as well as data modeling experience are a plus
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business cases
