The RoleAs a Regional Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting product innovation with customer needs. You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure our offerings are not only built right — but launched, communicated, and adopted successfully across diverse markets. Your Adventure Ahead
- Own product storytelling: Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions for ShopBack’s products tailored to users, merchants, and partners across multiple markets.
- Drive GTM strategy: Lead the end-to-end product launch process — from defining target audiences and crafting narratives, to enabling internal teams and measuring adoption success.
- Bridge product and marketing: Translate product capabilities into customer-centric stories, ensuring alignment between product roadmaps and marketing campaigns.
- Enable regional teams: Create playbooks, toolkits, and training to empower local marketing and sales teams to execute effectively.
- Influence product direction: Serve as the voice of the customer and market, feeding insights back into product development.
- Measure impact: Define success metrics for GTM initiatives and optimize strategies based on performance.
Essentials To Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or go-to-market strategy, ideally in consumer tech, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Proven track record of leading product launches and building narratives that resonate across diverse markets.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills — able to translate data and insights into clear strategies and impactful messaging.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in regional or global organizations.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset — comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Regional experience in Southeast Asia is a strong advantage.
