We’re hiring an ECommerce Manager to support our Corporate HQ, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. 

This role will be remote, however we would be looking for someone that will be flexible to come into our Columbia Missouri location as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

Website Management:

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of ecommerce websites
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings, ensuring they are aligned with marketplace guidelines and best practices.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, improve product visibility, and increase sales on ecommerce platforms.
  • Sales and Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, customer reviews, and competitor activity.
  • Generate and review reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and advertising results, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Pricing and Inventory Management:
  • Ensure that product pricing is competitive and reflects market conditions.
  • Work with the inventory team to ensure products are in stock and available for quick fulfillment.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure stock levels are optimized for peak demand periods.

Marketing and Advertising:

  • Manage and ideate advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Develop strategies to enhance product discoverability through SEO, promotions, and advertisements on each marketplace platform.
  • Work with internal teams to create product bundles, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Customer Experience and Feedback Management:
  • Monitor customer feedback, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality, timely fulfillment, and accurate listings.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
  • Liaise with third-party partners and vendors to enhance marketplace performance.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and new features on ecommerce platforms.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce ERPs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in managing ecommerce websites, specifically with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Adobe Commerce (Magento)
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce policies, pricing structures, and advertising platforms.
  • Experience with eCommerce tools and software
  • Proficient in data analysis, including experience with Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education And Experience

  • 3+ years of work experience
