We are hiring a VP, Loan Servicing Operations, Business Development executive. This role is responsible for leading day to day operations and requires proven expertise in loan administration management. This leader will also drive business development by leveraging their experience and credibility to engage with hedge fund clients and loan administration counterparts (Private Credit, Collateralized Loan Obligation and Broadly Syndicated Loans)
In this role you will lead a global team who provides outsourced operational support for Hedge Funds and other asset managers who manage loan strategies. Additionally, you will lead the growth and expansion of the team in partnership with our sales organization and in line with our business development plans.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion of all loan processing activities for the global credit business lines
- Be the voice of BPO to current clients, client prospects, industry groups and internal leadership.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and expansion plan, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and integration of loan processing activities, minimizing disruption to business operations during client onboarding
- Design and implement a comprehensive KPI and SLA framework for the loan processing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish clear metrics for processing efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Optimize workflows to maintain continuous loan processing and timely resolution of issues, improving service levels and client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members, supporting their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to automate manual processes and implement advanced tools to enhance loan processing efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing day-to-day operations of a global Loan Administration team
- Experience and knowledge of the day-to-day processing supporting CLOs, Private Debt and Broadly Syndicated Loan, including loan settlement, document management, lifecycle event processing, reconciliation across all parties and reporting.
- Knowledge of Sentry, WSO, ClearPar and LoanIQ or other loan servicing platforms required
- Experience interfacing with Clients as part of business development and subsequent integration
- Experience with integrating teams as part of a lift-out of acquisition a plus
- Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment
- Adept at influencing opinions and negotiating outcomes both within the business and with external partners; consistently adapts communication style to suit the audience.
- Excellent judgement and commercial acumen, influencing and acting with confidence with diverse and challenging stakeholders
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $190,000 - $200,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
