Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to have responsibility for maintaining SOX compliance, the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger, performing the monthly close processes and reviewing and analyzing complex accounting transactions and issues related to the Company’s revenue and related accounts. Responsible for performing revenue-related duties, including, but not limited to, recording revenue recognition during reporting period ends, preparing and maintaining various revenue related accruals, and documenting Integer’s revenue recognition position. Will have direct interaction with senior management on accounting and finance issues.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Performs procedures that help to ensure the revenue cycle is in full compliance with the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Responsible for preparing the internal consolidated financial reports and reviewing the underlying data supporting the financial statements.
- Reviews monthly non-recurring engineering revenue transactions for all business units to ensure appropriate accounting treatment under ASC 606 and prepares any necessary journal entries. Includes meeting with the RDE teams as necessary to understand the scope of work and nature of the transactions.
- Performs initial review of all customer contracts related to non-recurring engineering services and provides assessment of appropriate treatment under ASC 606.
- Monitors all deferred revenue balances on a monthly basis and makes journal entries to recognize revenue in the appropriate period.
- Performs initial review of all grant agreements and provides assessment of appropriate accounting treatment. Monitors future performance against grant requirements and records journal entries as appropriate.
- Prepares general ledger reconciliations of more complex general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Performs monthly variance analysis on significant fluctuations in general ledger account balances.
- Prepares and reviews various accounting reports, schedules and analyses which support business decisions.
- Responsible for supporting internal and external auditors throughout the year to meet compliance deadlines.
- Researches and analyzes general ledger accounts to provide answers to accounting related inquiries.
- Reviews source documents as required to make appropriate accounting determinations.
- Works collaboratively with Customer Success, Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Planning & Analysis, Legal, Sales and other finance and other business leaders to provide guidance on unique non-recurring engineering revenue transactions.
- Provide assistance in the implementation of new technology.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: BS Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.
- Minimum Experience: Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably within a multi-national ERP manufacturing environment with a focus on revenue.

- Specialized Knowledge:
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- CPA / MBA a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 ERP and Hyperion is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI and Teams.

- Salary Range: $73,500 - $107,800
