Production Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the supervisor and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to address any issues and ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance.

The Manufacturing Lead will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to meet production goals.
