We are looking for a Customer Support Representative agent, someone who is results driven, with high adaptability to changes, quick learner and strong interpersonal skill. This person will be responsible but not limited to comply with the customer’s requests in the delivery of quality best results through back office tasks, assure on-time project completion and superior client care. All actions looking at goals fulfillment through a self-sufficient approach always looking for problem solving, with capabilities of recognizing process gaps in order to raise the flag when required.
What You’Ll Do
- Corporate Salesforce and Boarding Working Committee Calls: Attendance from Canada Ops/Boarding to present new requests, issues, enhancement requests and prioritize Canadian business needs.
- Support any one of the Client Implementation keyboarding related processes.
- Provide day-to-day support to a team of agents responding to inquiries, new system implementations and transformation initiatives.
- POC for B2B Transformation processes and migration to cloud based systems in collaboration with BU, system owners, IT and other cross functional teams.
- Respond accurately and timely to the on demand request from the Business Owner.
- Comply with metrics and overall performance expectations.
- Accountable a for any update required in cases resolution process.
- Maintain complete and accurate client and project information.
- Identify consumer needs via thorough analysis of the customers request.
- Properly document of follow-up actions for partner departments best resolution.
- Initiate and resolve all researches needed to provide the most precise information to the customer in the back office workframe.
What requirements you must have to apply:
- Fluent in French and English skills, both oral and written B2 or more.
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with Knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets,Docs,Slides,etc).
What Requirements Are A Plus:
- Knowledge of citizen developer
- Excellent communication Skills.
