None/Not RequiredCollins Aerospace Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize Oracle Primavera tool suite. This role involves ensuring seamless integration between Cobra, SAP, Primavera and Microsoft Project custom add-in Systems while maintaining the highest standards of system performance and reliability.
*This is a hybrid position in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico**
What You Will Do:
- Oversee administration and performance of Oracle Primavera P6 and related scheduling tools, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with program and business objectives.
- Collaborate across high-performing agile scrum teams, end users, and vendors to troubleshoot software issues, validate fixes, and deploy seamless solutions that support the Digital Engineering ecosystem.
- Plan, test, and communicate cumulative updates in coordination with Digital Technology (DT) administrators and the user community.
- Manage approved enhancement requests, including system design, configuration, development, testing, and creation of training materials.
- Maintain and develop comprehensive documentation for system usage, administration processes, and development initiatives.
- Support audits, divestitures, and system upgrades, ensuring compliance with evolving business and technical requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of system changes, development progress, and support activities
What Will You Learn:
- You will foster relationships with your DT peers all over the world that work and WANT to work at Collins.
- Collins Aerospace Finance and DT application/tool management processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
Experience With Primavera.
- Proven experience in administering Primavera tool suite.
- Ability to communicate with Enterprise level DT Organizations
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Able to develop and create BI Publisher reports and deploy in Primavera EPPM.
- Able to administer users, security profiles, Organizational Breakdown Structure(OBS), global data and job services
- Able to collaborate with developers using Primavera REST and Web Services APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams and with vendors.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate and thorough documentation.
- Familiarity with SAP or Cobra tool suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with Collins Aerospace DT and Finance processes/tools.
