How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, and throughput.
  • Lead engineering tasks including design, testing, and installation.
  • Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support production during equipment and process start-up.
  • Participate in daily operations and engineering meetings.
  • Drive solutions for unresolved production challenges.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and Capex initiatives.
  • Keep work instructions current and aligned with best practices.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid visa authorization for travel to the U.S.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, etc.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
