Product Lead – MIS Valuation & CRLT Data Delivery

As Product Lead MIS Valuation & CRLT Data Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data in a global, highly regulated environment.

With your team, you ensure that:

Regulatory requirements are translated into clear ING data requirements

Data attributes are modelled to global business terms

Expectations on data delivery are proactively communicated to countries

Support is provided to countries for local data delivery activities

You engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and Treasury. In addition, you build strong ties with local delivery teams. In your role as product lead, you will be part of the ESG Tribe MT.

Solutions Analysis

You are responsible for continuous analysis of data and calculation-related issues (e.g. data quality, availability, changing reporting requirements, and methodologies), as well as identifying opportunities for technology improvements.
Based on your analysis, you propose and drive fixes and enhancements. In particular, you will take responsibility for:

Refining regulatory reporting requirements into ING data requirements Modelling data attributes to global business terms Proactively communicating expectations on data delivery to countries Supporting countries with local data delivery activities

Achieves Transformation

• You are actively involved in the transformation of MIS Valuation and CRLT data collection and reporting, in line with the evolving IT landscape.
• In particular, you will take responsibility for:

Building and maintaining a roadmap to steer data collection in a changing IT environment Ensuring continuous alignment with locations to explain how to deliver required data points Supporting transformation across and within locations and group functions

Business Planning

• You are responsible for reliable, well-aligned long-term planning of MIS Valuation and CRLT data delivery.
• You balance delivery commitments with available resources and adapt to new demand in close collaboration with stakeholders. In particular, you will take responsibility for:

Building and maintaining a comprehensive and realistic roadmap Maintaining awareness of delivery capacity in relation to known and expected demand Demonstrating a strong understanding of business priorities as perceived by key stakeholders

Horizon Scanning

• You actively monitor developments in the MIS Valuation and CRLT domain, analyse their implications, and translate them into relevant actions.
• You are considered:

The go-to person for senior management on MIS Valuation and CRLT topics A knowledgeable expert on relevant regulation and associated policy A clear communicator who can explain the “why, how, and what” to all layers of the organization, tailored to the audience

Leadership And Direction

• You are responsible for setting up and leading the MIS & CRLT Data Delivery Product Group, positioning it as a centre of excellence.
• You define its goals, structure, and stakeholder engagement model. In particular, you:

Attract highly talented and skilled staff and create a safe, high-performance culture Stimulate OHI participation and act on the outcomes Provide clear communication (e.g. townhalls, info sessions) and strategic direction to enable effective decision-making

Stakeholder Engagement

You develop strong, proactive relationships across group functions, locations, and Wholesale Banking.

• Proven experience in regulatory data delivery and transformation (in large data sourcing programs)
• Proven track record of processing MIS Valuation and CRLT reporting requirements
• Thorough understanding of the EWM and FRIDA data model
• Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in building new capabilities and leading organizational change
• Deep understanding of data modelling and regulatory compliance
