We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to play an important role in developing, designing, testing, and refining digital and analog hardware electronics. At Falcom, you'll be instrumental in shaping products from concept to completion. In this role, you will:

• Design and develop analog/digital hardware (USB hubs, DSPs, MCUs); create schematics and ensure signal integrity and power management.
• Build and test prototypes; perform hardware verification (including C++ test code).
• Facilitate DFM/DFA initiatives and create documentation and specifications that are suitable for production.
• Support production testing, system integration, and ad hoc issue resolution.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, prototyping teams, and external suppliers to integrate and ship products.
• Ensure compliance with USB and industry standards while maturing product designs.

What we think you need to thrive in the role:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics engineering or hardware development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of USB standards, USB hubs, DSPs, and MCU design.
• Familiarity with Python or C++ programming.
• Familiarity with EMC/EMI compliance.
• Experience with Circuit simulations.
• A willingness to collaborate, supporting colleagues and enhancing creative endeavors.
• 4+ years of experience.
