We’re looking for an Asset Transfer Administrator to join FNZ’s growing operations team. You’ll play a key role in managing the smooth transfer of client assets and cash between pension providers and investment managers — ensuring everything is processed accurately, on time, and with great customer service.
What You’Ll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on operations role, perfect for someone who thrives on precision and problem-solving. You’ll support clients, advisers, and investment managers while making sure asset transfers are completed efficiently and in line with regulations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Accurately processing transfer requests and ensuring timely movement of investments
- Liaising with advisers, pension schemes, and investment managers to resolve queries and discrepancies
- Ensuring daily tasks are completed to the highest quality standards with minimal errors
- Providing clear updates to clients, advisers, and managers on progress
- Handling transfer-related queries promptly and professionally
- Supporting team culture by collaborating openly and sharing knowledge
- Developing your skills through training and continuous professional development
What We’Re Looking For:

Key Skills And Attributes:
- Previous office-based or back-office operations experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of pensions or investments (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and high integrity
