We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Claims Systems Operations team. This role is key to fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that delivers valuable claims system solutions. You’ll champion Agile values, facilitate team ceremonies, and remove obstacles to ensure successful product delivery.
What you'll do to make a difference:
Agile Facilitation & Execution
- Lead PI Planning prep and execution, including PI objectives and ART risk identification.
- Facilitate iteration events: Backlog Refinement, Planning, Syncs, Reviews, Retrospectives.
- Align with Product Owners and stakeholders on goals and priorities.
Team & Workflow Optimization
- Use Kanban boards and metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery quality.
- Build psychologically safe, high-performing Agile teams with shared definitions of done.
- Drive cross-team collaboration to enhance ART performance and strategic alignment.

What you need to be successful:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Team Coach.
- Health insurance experience preferred.
- Preferred certifications: SSM, CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP).
- Proficient in Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming, Automated Testing.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Mural.
- Ability to manage dashboards and plans in ADO and Jira.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,600 - 129,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
