Senior Director, Supply Chain Engineering PMO

Reporting to the VP, Global Engineering – Supply Chain, this role goes beyond project oversight. You’ll embed world-class program management, steer major capital investments, and ensure our supply chain delivers speed, resilience, and sustainable value worldwide.

The Role

Executive Leadership & Strategic Governance

• Lead and grow a global PMO team driving strategic, transformational, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Define and evolve scalable PMO frameworks that enable disciplined, high-impact execution.
• Partner with senior executives to shape investment strategy and align programs across global business units.

Capital Deployment & Program Leadership

• Oversee large-scale global capital projects, including new site builds, automation scale-up, and network capacity expansion.
• Govern multi-million-dollar investment programs with clear ROI, benefits realisation, and risk management.
• Standardise capital approval and tracking processes to drive accountability and value creation.

Program & Change Delivery

• Implement methodologies tailored to complex supply chain operations, integrating agile and hybrid approaches.
• Champion digital tools, data-driven decision-making, and innovation in project execution.
• Lead change management to embed new ways of working across regions and functions.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Inspire, coach, and scale a senior team of program leaders.
• Build project management capability across the wider organisation through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

About You

• Proven success leading large-scale global capital programs in complex supply chain or operations environments.
• Expertise in site establishment, automation, and multi-region transformation programs.
• Strong portfolio governance skills with ability to influence C-level executives.
• Track record of building and scaling world-class PMOs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $200,000 - $275,000 USD.
