Objective

Performing general accounting transactions in line with generally accepted accounting principles, managing and reporting the e-flow invoice system and responsible all sales invoices proces.

Main Responsibilities

1. Issuance, daily tracking, control, and reporting of all sales invoices related to customers
2. Calculation, issuance, and customer communication regarding price difference invoices at month-end
3. Monthly reporting of sales and collections
4. Tracking of return invoices
5. Expense control and communication with employees
6. Assisting in the preparation of tax declarations
7. Monitoring of intercompany reconciliations
8. Issuance of counter and revenue invoices via e-Invoice and e-Archive systems
9. Preparation of valuation and depreciation

Requirements

Education: Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the universities that provide four-year formal education

(preferably Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting etc. and a Master's degree in Finance)

Professional / Technical Knowledge:

• Having a uniform chart of accounts
• Up-to-date information on tax legislation
• Experienced in ERP applications (preferably JDE)
• Excellent command of MS Office programs

Foreign Language: English

Other:

• Able to think systematically and analytically
• Strong in communication and Human Relations
• Prone to collaboration and teamwork

· Will be able to work at an intensive work pace
