Job Description

Business Partnering :

Consult with leaders to develop tailored people strategies Analyze data to optimize workforce effectiveness. Drive organizational change through stakeholder influence Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and development

Recruitment :

Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units Implement targeted marketing and sourcing tactics to attract top talent Advise on competitive offers, negotiation, and candidate experience Continuously enhance hiring processes and metrics

Operations :

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive operational excellence Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless HR service delivery Manage employee relations matters ensuring compliance Champion HR analytics, reporting, and data integrity

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner supporting multiple business units
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence leaders across all levels
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, etc.
• Experience driving cultural initiatives.
• Skilled in workforce analytics and utilizing HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable and able to rapidly changing environment
