Job Summary

Responsible for developing and maintaining all human resources information systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable policies, procedures and legal requirements.

Job Description

• Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system design specifications.
• Develop, implement and support HRIS solutions in line with organizational strategies.
• Ensure effective integration of HRIS with other enterprise-wide systems.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance on HRIS applications.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to users.
• Support user training and development programs related to HRIS usage.
• Maintain HRIS documentation for reference purposes.
• Research and recommend technological advancements that could improve current or future HRIS operations.
• Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of human resources processes and practices.
• Knowledge of HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or Kronos.
• Familiarity with human resources information system (HRIS) technology.
• Experience in conducting research and analyzing trends in human resources management.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within an organization.
