Responsible for developing and maintaining all human resources information systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable policies, procedures and legal requirements.Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system design specifications.
- Develop, implement and support HRIS solutions in line with organizational strategies.
- Ensure effective integration of HRIS with other enterprise-wide systems.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on HRIS applications.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to users.
- Support user training and development programs related to HRIS usage.
- Maintain HRIS documentation for reference purposes.
- Research and recommend technological advancements that could improve current or future HRIS operations.
- Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of human resources processes and practices.
- Knowledge of HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or Kronos.
- Familiarity with human resources information system (HRIS) technology.
- Experience in conducting research and analyzing trends in human resources management.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within an organization.
