Overview
As a Production Specialist in Monitoring & Stability, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery and reliability of Information Technology (IT) services across the organization. You will be part of a global, 24/7 level 2 operations team that supports key end-user platforms including desktop, email, enterprise voice, mobility, and unified communications. You will help drive incident resolution, service improvement, and performance analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your leadership and technical insight will directly impact service quality and operational efficiency across the Bank.

What You’Ll Do
- Lead the U.S.-based Level 2 Monitoring & Stability team, ensuring effective incident and request management aligned with service level agreements
- Coordinate training and cross-functional collaboration to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge
- Oversee customer service delivery by monitoring incident queues and ensuring timely, considerate support
- Analyze issue trends and develop preventative solutions, including process improvements and automation opportunities
- Maintain compliance by following established guidelines and controls across all support processes
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders including Site Reliability Engineering, product management, business users, and internal support teams
Skills You’Ll Need
- Proficiency in supporting end-user platforms such as Windows 10, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Office 365
- Hands-on experience with incident tracking tools like ServiceNow and performance analytics platforms
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices and change management processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and ServiceNow Platform Analytics
- Experience in performance optimization and improving the efficiency of processes and services using Platform Analytics (i.e. within Service Now)

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
