We're currently recruiting for an Group Financial Reporting & Controls Manager to join our team in our Head Office in Addlestone, Surrey.
We are seeking an ambitious, qualified accountant to join our finance division as a Group Financial Reporting & Controls Manager. This role is pivotal in driving financial transformation, enhancing data integrity and relentlessly driving automation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation throughout the Group’s finance function to enhance data integrity, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor finance professionals across the Group, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
- Support Group ARA, monthly performance reporting and FP&A cycles
- Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and projects as directed by the Group FC.
Qualifications:
- Passion to optimise processes, drive automation and leverage technology.
- Qualified accountant with a strong track record of success.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and controls within a large organization, preferably a FTSE 250 company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ambitious and career-driven, with a commitment to making a significant impact within the finance division.
