About the Role & Program

Are you passionate about international media, strategic collaboration, and innovation? Join the International Content Strategy & Operations (ICSO) team as an intern and help shape the future of global streaming content! We are looking for a dynamic intern to join our mission of optimizing strategy and operations for non-US content across our global streaming platforms in Latin America (LatAm), Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). As part of this team, you’ll partner closely with international regional teams, finance, content planning and analysis, direct-to-consumer, and other key stakeholders to help shape and deliver engaging content to audiences worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and build invaluable connections within the digital entertainment industry.

This is a full-time internship, and the approximate dates of this internship are from January 2026 through June 2026. If selected for this role, you will report to the Director of International Television Strategy & Operations. A cover letter indicating your interest in the International Content Strategy & Operations Intern, Spring 2026 position is required.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting team with day-to-day tracking of the International Content slate and the creation of presentation materials about this content
  • Providing ad hoc support on projects and tasks
  • Working with colleagues based in the US and International markets to capture information and learn more about team’s business

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong curiosity about international content and/or business
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team environment, across a matrixed organization, with a variety of international businesses and cultures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with high standards of quality excellence
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
  • Proficient with Office Suite and Airtable
  • An affinity for the brands and franchises of Disney
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a nice to have, but not required
  • Students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Finance, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Senior Year Preferred

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026
  • Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, California area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
