As a Collection Client Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and elevating client relationships, delivering an exceptional luxury experience, and driving business growth through personalized service and refined communication.

What You’Ll Do:

Sales Generation and Clienteling

  • Partner with the Store Manager to leverage CRM tools, clienteling strategies, and performance coaching to consistently drive year-over-year sales growth.
  • Drive brand excitement and create selling opportunities both inside and outside the boutique through proactive networking, event participation, and strategic client engagement.
  • Leverage personal client book and identify new client leads.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
  • Uphold the highest standards of client service through exemplary leadership, multitasking with precision, and delivering a seamless luxury experience.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to personal and professional growth within a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Serve as a true Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the elevated image and values of Collection.

Events And Social

  • Lead various bespoke activities to best facilitate a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of local current attractions and events, and participate in networking activities.
  • Demonstrate keen interest in the fashion luxury industry and be cognizant of market trends.

Operations

  • Should business needs require, oversee and execute critical operational functions, including boutique opening, closing, and key operational tasks, with accuracy and excellence.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships by coaching the team in trend knowledge, styling expertise, and elevated selling techniques, while maintaining and expanding a personal client book.

You’Ll Need To Have:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a track record of driving business results.
  • Established client book with strong, long-standing relationships within the Los Angeles market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to strategize, adapt, and deliver innovative solutions to achieve goals.
  • Deep connections on Rodeo Drive with the expertise to cultivate new business and engage as a true client developer.
