Be the new HR Operations and Mobility Specialist
In a biotech company bonding to discover, design and develop innovative peptide-based medicines
Currently, we are looking for a colleague to take on a newly established role as HR Operations and Mobility Specialist who has the desire and qualifications to support the design and roll out of our mobility setup. You will be the organization go to person for all matters related to mobility including long and short term assignments, commuters posted workers, taxation and coordination with vendors used in connection with relocations. In addition, the role will also be engaged with day-to-day HR operational deliveries. While the role is part of the P&O operations team, you will work closely with the other functions within the P&O organization as well as our People Leaders.

Responsibilities
- Take part in defining, developing and deploying the Zealand Pharma’s global mobility framework
- Responsible for long-and short term assignments incl. preparing remuneration packages, contracts and coordination. Ensure process and compliance with e.g. A1, Posted Worker and Remote Work
- Liaise with external consultants on tax and employment law matters
- Day to day operations of matters relevant for our workforce incl. mobility
- Sparring partner to P&O colleagues, People Leaders and employees on assignment matters
Candidate Profile
- Preferred minimum 3 years of relevant mobility experience (e.g. within a P&O, tax/finance function) from an international company, alternatively as a consultant
- Solid experience from a Danish-headquartered global mobility functions
- Takes initiatives and have a solution-oriented approach
- Strong collaboration skills
- Possess strong problem-solving and numerical skills
- The ability to balance pace and impact
- Can find a way through complex situations and handle challenges constructively
