Huron’s Enterprise Solutions team is comprised of business-minded technology professionals responsible for the ongoing optimization of our portfolio through product strategy, solution delivery, and support. Our team partners closely with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities to drive efficiency and create real outcomes for our business. The Enterprise portfolio focuses primarily on Workday and Agiloft and includes integrations with various supporting and complementary solutions.
The Agiloft System Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of our Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. The System Administrator will work closely with Legal, Procurement, and Sales teams to support contracting workflows, pricing processes, and future technology integrations. Operating within an Agile environment, the Analyst will track work in Azure DevOps (ADO) and help define repeatable processes and procedures.
This is a product support role requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to learn both technical system configuration and complex business processes.

Essential Duties:

System Administration & Configuration

  • Configure and maintain Agiloft to support business needs, including templates, rules, workflows, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, resolve defects, and manage system updates/releases.
  • Document configuration changes, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Sales teams to understand contracting workflows and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements within Agiloft.
  • Provide training and support for end users.

Process & Agile Support

  • Participate in, track and manage work in Azure DevOps.
  • Assist in developing and refining IT processes and procedures related to system support.
  • Contribute to backlog grooming, user story creation, and acceptance criteria.

Pricing Support

  • Learn and support the organization’s current Excel-based pricing model.
  • Assist with maintaining accuracy, version control, and integration of pricing data into contracting processes.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of future pricing technology.

Data & Integration Awareness

  • Understand the data flows and integration points between Workday, Salesforce, Agiloft, and pricing technology.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to support integration initiatives and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment across systems.

Supervision

This role reports to the Product Manager-Legal, Manager and is part of the Enterprise Solutions team. This is an individual contributor role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in an IT, business analyst, or system support role (internships considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and configure SaaS applications; prior Agiloft experience a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and work tracking tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel; willingness to learn advanced formulas and complex pricing models.
  • Interest in learning about contracting processes and CLM technologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to contract management systems, CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Workday), or other enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of integrations, data flows, or APIs.
  • Experience supporting technology implementations or upgrades.

Flexible living locations, Remote role with 1/week a year for onsite meetings 

The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000 - $95,000 USD.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $78,400 - $112,100 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
