Be at the heart of R&D shaping flagship products for the years ahead. You’ll join our Customer Software team inside R&D to drive understand business needs, requirements, and outcomes for high-profile initiatives that will be the flagship of our product portfolio for the upcoming years. This is a role for an action-oriented Business Analyst who knows how to operate in a global company to get things done— working in a cross functional team, you’ll be collaborating across functions, aligning diverse stakeholders, and ensuring complex work moves from concept to release.

- You’ll be recognised as a subject matter expert, helping guide decisions that shape our next generation of customer software.
What You’Ll Do
- Use business analysis to demonstrate and deliver value: evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and partner with delivery to shape practical, elegant solutions—using appropriate modelling tools and techniques.
- Own requirements and feature scope: decompose work with Product Owners, articulate solution needs and integrations, and contribute to business cases that drive prioritisation and investment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: engage Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and other teams to ensure their considerations are built into what we design and release.
- Champion clarity from ambiguity: gather and challenge requirements, partner with the UX function, and ensure consistent implementation in our experiences.
- Assess and improve solutions: perform gap analyses, understand dependencies, and support the wider product team through the software lifecycle.
What You’Ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of gathering and prioritising requirements for complex software products; familiarity with Agile delivery; and the ability to balance regulatory compliance with delivery speed (medical-device context).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills and experience working across multiple technology platforms.
- Approximately 5–6 years as a Business Analyst in software/product development, leading requirements and design for solutions that span multiple teams and systems.
- Proven drive around improving ways of working—reducing friction, enabling faster delivery, and ensuring a better experience for our product teams; influencing change across peers.
- Background in regulated or highly complex environments.
- Action-oriented and delivery-focused; comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity for peers, teams and leaders.
- Collaborative and relationship-driven, able to align diverse, global stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Resilient, adaptable, and always seeking continuous improvement.
