Pay Range
$43.30 - $64.95Responsible for supporting the implementation of scalable communication processes and act as the team editing and content development center of excellence. Executes on an enhanced digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven strategy and be accountable for supporting building and distribution of channel content and distribution list management, while focusing on metric gathering, analysis and process improvement.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of Advocate Health’s internal communications content strategy, in line with the wider internal communications strategy and business strategy and priorities
- Support the tech-focused drivers of the communications strategy, including the integration and evolution of intranet-style platforms, the building and maintenance of SharePoint sites to serve the strategy and the platform crosswalk strategy that drives audience management
- Executes the processes in place to plan, produce, govern and measure communications content across multiple teams and platforms
- Implements the governance and segmentation of distribution lists to ensure targeted and efficient communication and partner with IT and data teams to maintain clean, up-to-date audience data and access controls
- Integrates the use of AI tools and innovative solutions to improve message targeting, personalization and performance tracking
- Support experimentation with new technologies to enhance message delivery and audience reach
- Execute on the centralized "air traffic control" function to coordinate timing, relevance and frequency of messages
- Gather and report out on success metrics, making recommendations for continued improvement
- Execute on the reimagined intranet and internal digital communications strategy
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, advertising or other business-related field, or bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience.
Certification / License

Work Experience
Typically requires 5 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or other business-related field, including experience with formulating and executing comprehensive communications strategies.

- A strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with a track record in internal communications, with a particular focus on reaching diverse audiences with varying levels of access to company-sponsored information.
- Ability to think big picture to foresee reputational risks and opportunities and zoom into critical details, nuances and variables to inform internal communications strategies and responses.
- Comfortable working across departments and businesses to bring a calm demeanor and coordinated approach to company issues, balancing competing perspectives and the needs of stakeholders at all levels.
