Pay Range
$28.05 - $42.10The Project and Program Coordinator works to sustain and build OMD's capacity to provide the most realistic medical and tactical training in the industry.
Responsible for coordinating projects, meetings, research, presentations, and reports. Serves as key liaison for teammates on the mobile care to assure the successful progress and completion of project deliverables. Supports by tracking and providing timely and accurate internal and external reports on projects and performance. Supports in the successful management and coordination of strategies addressing programs and projects addressing community and teammate social needs. Provides project management oversight and administrative support for CSI programs.
Major Responsibilities
- Provides program and project management assistance.
- Assists in tracking project progress and deliverables
- Provides essential daily management of mobile care initiatives
- Proactively responds to internal and external requests for information and ad hoc updates.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to complete tasks related to the mobile care operations
- Develops and contributes to departmental communication and planning.
- Plans, implements, and tracks the progress of targeted initiatives to support the mobile team
- Assists mobile care leaders in tracking, assembling, and reporting internal financial data and statistics
Education
Bachelor'S Degree Required
Experience
2 to 4 years of project and program coordination. Experience managing diverse programs within a large health care system beneficial
