Service Engineer, HVAC

What you will do  

The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems.  To cope with our expanding business, you will be part of a growing project / service team of HVAC driving new projects or maintaining customer’s facilities.  Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service 

How you will do it

• Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities 
• Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions 

• Handle Project Administration

What we look for

Required

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to10 years’ relevant experiences
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer

Preferred

• Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
• Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline
• Willing to work on site in various locations
