About The Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Finance Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business and technology, transforming complex business needs into actionable technical solutions within the ERP platform. Your deep understanding of both finance business processes and technical intricacies will be instrumental in driving successful project implementations, ensuring ongoing system optimization and process improvements.
As a Guru you will be Accountable for:
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Develop detailed process flows, data flows, and system functionalities to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, leveraging system's capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing NetSuite configurations to pinpoint areas for improvement or customization.
- Develop precise technical specifications, including data mappings, workflows, and integrations, to guide development efforts.
- Collaborate seamlessly with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of solutions.
System Implementation:
- Actively participate in the implementation of projects, overseeing configuration, data migration, and testing activities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to rigorously validate system quality, functionality, and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with technology teams to define roadmaps, track action items, and ensure timely delivery of prioritized initiatives.
- Provide essential support during system go-live and post-implementation phases to address any issues and ensure a smooth transition.

- Stay abreast of the latest system features and functionalities to leverage emerging capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for
Technical Proficiency:
- Proven years of experience in business analysis within finance or ERP environments, preferably with NetSuite.
- In-depth understanding of NetSuite ERP, including core modules such as Financials, ERM & Procurement
- Experience with data analysis, report-building and technical tools such as NetSuite analytics, NetSuite Report Builder, Excel and Power BI for analysing data and resolving issues.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteFlow is a significant advantage.
