Position Summary
The Accounting Analyst is a key member of the finance team responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and helping the organization make informed financial decisions. This role involves analyzing financial information, preparing financial reports, and developing integrated revenue/expense analysis, projections, and reports.What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities: • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and financial performance. • Develop comprehensive financial reports for management, regulators, and other stakeholders. • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and report variances. • Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making. • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Identify opportunities for process and policy improvements and work towards their implementation. • Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide financial insights. Work Experience and Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. Licenses & Certifications: · Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred. The target salary range for this position is $58,400.00 - $73,000.00 annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
